Who will be responsible for managing end to end customer enquiries & cases via phone and e-mail.
Key Accountabilities

    • Management and orchestration of complex customer cases (such as complaints) involving multiple internal departments covering all the possible
    • Support for clients who have issues with their cars
    • Provide precise and accurate information regarding products and services of all categories
    • Tight interaction with colleagues for what concerns the calls taken on their behalf

Job requirements:

    • Degree/bachelor
    • Previous experience in the relationship with customers
    • Mother tongue level in one of the following languages: English, Danish, Finnish
