You will work closely with your client across European and Middle Eastern markets from an operational perspective, ensuring that their customers receive a great experience, you will deal with any complaints, monitor product usage and ensure that standards and delivery always exceeds expectations. You will own the understanding of the regional requirements and work closely with commercial leads. You will lead weekly meetings with clients to gain a full understanding of their requirements. The role is varied and challenging, and you will work closely with a global team.
You will have experience of project management, client management and customer service. You will be highly organised, calm under pressure and have high standards. You will have experience of managing budgets and are familiar with Excel and Pivot tables. Financial Services experience would be beneficial, and Arabic would be a real bonus.
