What you will do on a typical day:
• Accept inbound calls from customers
• Effectively resolve issues or concerns 
• Gather information form the customer to make appropriate recommendations for new products and services
• Provide stellar customer service
As a Customer Service Representative, you will receive:

• $1 premium for hours worked between 3 am and 6 am
• $10 daily transportation allocation when your workday begins at 3 am
The basic stuff you’ll need:
Fluent in Italian or German or Turkish
 Professional working proficiency in English (Training and Tools are in English)
 Computer savvy
• Eligible to work in Canada
• High-school certificate or equivalent
• Available Monday to Friday from 3 am to 11 am
