Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Support the Product Manager in his daily tasks;
  • Support invoice queries as needed. Respond to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations;
  • Management of specific requests coming from country interfaces. Work with internal client teams;
  • Support in vendor selection, development & management;
  • Support resolving of quality issues and supplier performance improvement measurement;
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers. Select suppliers and negotiate for the best price.

Requirements

  • Excellent Hebrew,Dutch,Finnish,Swedish,Hungarian,Romanian or Polish – B2-C1;
  • Good English;
  • Strong negotiation skills;
  • Knowledge about pricing;
  • Knowledge about categories and market positioning;
  • Personal competencies – initiative, responsible, good team player, positive attitude;
  • Experience working as a Buyer with a good understanding and appreciation of contracts.
