Responsibilities

Manage team work flow by distributing duties and updating responsibilities when needed
Assist manager with coaching, training and escalated situations
Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
Review errors and complaints and take appropriate action
Coach the team on how to provide excellent customer service
Coordinate internally to insure a seamless flow of materials and information to assure outstanding service level to customers

Qualifications

University degree
3-5 years in B2B customer service, customer care or other relevant customer-facing roles
Experience in logistic field will be considerate as advantage
Proficient in English and Spanish languages
Strong computer skills (MS Office), experience with ERPsystems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience in mentoring and developing employees
Experience working in a multicultural environment
