Duties of the Danish Speaking Customer Service Advisor

  • Respond to customer queries through live chat, email and phone
  • Liaising with logistics to solve delivery issues with customers
  • Deal with warranty claims for customers
  • Translation of documents and correspondence where necessary
  • Review website daily and escalate any issues
  • Assist in training and mentoring new recruits
  • Support the management team with ad hoc tasks
  • Work with the team to identify and highlight customer trends

Requirements of the Danish Speaking Customer Service Advisor
Fluency in Danish and English
Some experience within a customer service environment (face to face or in a contact centre)
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literate
Interest fashion would be a bonus
