Responsibility

  • • Gather important information;
  • • Monitor advertisements, detecting inappropriate links;
  • • Identify and troubleshoot possible issues;
  • • Triage requests from the different entities;
  • • Facilitate the communication with Government, Political, and Advocacy partners;
  • • Help to keep relevant content on various platforms;
  • • Respond, when possible and needed, by email, with high quality, speed, empathy and accuracy;
  • • Escalate any issue, when needed.

Your Profile

  • • Valid Work permit for Portugal or Union European Citizenship;
  • • Native Spanish and fluent in English (at least C1 level is mandatory);
  • • Experience partnering with compliance and legal functions (preferred);
  • • Experience with social media platforms (preferred);
  • • Good communication skills and experience offering customer support over email (preferred);
  • • Passionate about providing outstanding support experiences;
  • • Experience in dealing with high volumes of online content on various platforms;
  • • Attention to detail;
  • • Motivated and with a positive attitude.
