  • Daily contact with customers via phone, chat, e-mail
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right procedures/system
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Work hand-in-hand with the management team to stay updated on product information and be informed of any changes in the firm’s policies


  • Fluent in Swedish, Finnish, Danish or Norwegian
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service mentality with first-rate attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience is not required (the company provides professional trainings)
