Description of duties:
- Contacting customers to obtain their feedback regarding the level of services that the client provides to these customers.
- Record the collected data on the computer
- Where applicable translate the feedback into English.
- Report to the Project Manager on the progress of the work and regarding any problems with the deadlines in order to ensure that the work is completed correctly and within a deadline date.
Full training will be given in relation to the work required.
- Advanced level of written and spoken English
- Native level of written and spoken Arabic
- Ability to multitask

- Customer service experience
- An excellent telephone manner
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Applications and the Internet (desirable)
