Med tech – Business Development – International sales
Otivio is a Norwegian start-up company with great market opportunities. Our product is shortly being launched in both the national and the international market, and we are now looking for a commercial and dedicated person to partake on this exciting journey.
As our Head of Commercial Operations, you will have the overall responsibility of increasing sales and develop markets in cooperation with our current and future distributors. This includes developing both the Scandinavian and British customer base, in addition to successfully entering the German market.
The role reports to, and will work closely with, the CEO.
- Initiate and execute sales strategy and market plans
- Drive sales activities
- Brand building and Marketing communication
- Main contact for distributors (Key Account Management)
- Communication with professionals, patient organizations and the general public
Higher education within economics, engineering or life science is favorable, but not required. Combined with the right competence and personal qualities, educational background can be varied. We believe you have minimum 10 years of commercial experience, preferably from international product sales. To succeed in this role, you have a good business acumen in combination with great interpersonal skills and a commercial mindset.
You are fluent in English, both written and oral. Scandinavian language skills are preferred, but not required.
