Mansa Gaming is looking for a customer support agent to work for an online casino brand, focusing on the Swiss / Canadian (French-speaking).
In this role, responsibilities will include:
- Build and maintain relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty via numerous different channels
- Validating the KYC documents
- Liaising regularly with the Finance department, to facilitate players’ monetary transactions
- Ensures delivery of excellent customer service to resolve inquires
- Fluent in French and English
- Empathy, ability to listen and come up with solutions
Full time position, based in Sliema seafront.
