Front & Back Office Responsibilities:
– Deal with all clients’ questions and requests;
– Complaints management;
– Provide a personalized service and an adequate solution to clients’ problems;
– Data analysis, data management and reporting;
– Give support to the sales force;
– Give support to our client suppliers by answering to their questions and registering change requests.
– Passionate about Customer Service;
– Fluent (Level C) in one of these languages: Danish, Polish, Dutch or Hungarian;
– Intermediate (Level B) in English;
– Ability to communicate efficiently;
– Customer focused and detail oriented;
– Good knowledge in IT tools.
