Our knowledge base team comprises a group of talented writers who create the articles that users find in our help center to make their Wix journey smoother.
A native English speaker with strong writing and editing skills. You have 3+ years of experience as a technical writer, knowledge base writer, content strategist or content editor, preferably in the SaaS industry. You know how to look at the big content picture and drill down to the finer details to ensure what is being created serves the team, department and company strategy.
You’re motivated, a multitasker and you have amazing attention to detail. You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment, writing and editing content to make sure it’s of the highest quality.
As a Knowledge Base Editor, you will:
- Give editorial support to the team of knowledge base writers, which includes researching products, critically analyzing briefs and editing the work they produce.
- Edit text to ensure it is in the Wix voice, as well as checking clarity, grammar, accuracy and consistency.
- Manage deadlines and liaise with other teams to ensure the workload is reasonable and fair.
- Help the team leader with improving processes to ensure the team is running well.
- Create documentation and ensure it’s being adhered to aid in consistency.
- Keep current with what’s happening at Wix and in the industry to ensure text is always correct and current.
