What about the job:
The purpose of the job is to provide high quality customer service for all our customers during evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays. The work will be performed from your home.  Teleopti Service Desk provides support in over 14 countries globally including US, Brazil, China and Russia.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Registration of incoming customer support requests via phone or mail
  • Monitoring of mail in pending customer cases
  • Basic user support

  • You are looking for a job with flexible hours
  • You have a customer and serviceoriented mind set
  • You have excellent communication skills both verbally and in written, in both Swedish and English. Knowledge in other languages, preferably Spanish, Portuguese or Arabic is considered advantageous.
  • You have flexibility to adapt to different situations and to different cultures,.
  • You have excellent IT skills and good technical understanding
