Our technical support team is a team of highly qualified and experienced professionals. Over 90% of our customer issues can be solved without visiting the site. Working as a member of this team, you will be responsible for customer service and technical support with Fastems´ high tech products. You will not only work with the Life Cycle Services organization, but also with other product lines and global project management. The position does not require frequent travelling but we expect readiness to work in multi-shift model.


Your main responsibility areas will be:


  • Customer Service
  • Technical Support
  • Troubleshooting through online remote connections
  • Occasional on-site work
  • Work coordination

The job requires:


  • Suitable technical educational background
  • A few years´ experience in customer support
  • Knowledge of automation or production related software products is a great benefit
  • Strong customer oriented mindset with high team player skills
  • Good communication skills, flexibility and ability to work independently
  • Good trouble shooting skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English skills, German and other language skills is a great benefit
