Responsibility

  •   Ensure the clients excellent quality calls and satisfaction;
  •   Help clients with their personal accounts, internet surfing and billing;
  •   Actively listen to the client, show empathy and patience;
  •   Guarantee the quality of the message being transmitted and show good knowledge of the product and services

    Your Profile

    •   Native or near native of the Arabic Language (C2);
    •   Good knowledge of the English language (B2);
    •   Good computer skills;
    •   Fond of movies and TV series;
    •   Good communication and interpersonal skills;
    •   Good team player;
    •   Valid work permit in Portugal.
