Business Support Representative in Lodz (Poland)

Responsibilities:

 

  • Customer account housekeeping
  • Maintenance of customer master data
  • Receivables analysis and  cash collection to maximize results
  • Payment terms monitoring
  • Monitoring and updating of prices in the system (price updates, quality check of order prices/correct invoicing)
  • Monthly reporting and trend analysis of incoming orders and ensuring high quality of order entry (quality checks)
  • Rebates & Commissions – setting the agreements in the system, accruals and settlements
  • Project Management Support – monitor task’s accomplishment and take action in case of deviations, report progress

Requirements:

 

  • Fluent English
  • Fluent German
  • Experience in Accounts Receivable/ Collections department or customer service desk
  • Knowledge of SAP (SD module would be an advantage)
  • Excel, Word and Outlook professional working competency, CRM tools would be an advantage
  • Strong motivation to work and multitasking mindset
  • Pro-active customer approach and highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Analytical skills
