Key responsibilities

  • Team management – development, motivation and support for employees
  • Executing escalation process in Collection
  • Building relationships with clients
  • Coordinating daily workload and tasks of the team
  • Managing team performance and addressing improvement needs
  • Daily support and first point of contact for the team
  • Recruiting and onboarding new team members
  • Implementing daily monitoring and weekly reporting to ensure timely cash collection
  • Enabling and resolving process problems to support the team in increasing collection results

– Basic qualifications

  • At least 1 years of experience on a similar position
  • Fluent English
  • At least 3 years of experience in cash collection or customer service area
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Good communication skills
  • Good time and task management skills

Nice to have

  • Italian, Arabic or Turkish speaker
