The Role

  • Contract Review (customer orders receiving, data check and orders loading into the system);
  • Expediting: monitoring of whole orders process ( from order entry to delivery);
  • Monitoring of shipment dates in order to respect what agreed with clients and in order to respect monthly invoicing;
  • Daily updating of data / information in the software, according to internal procedures
  • Monitoring of raw materials and components of clients’ property
  • Assistance and continuous interaction with internal departments
  • Loading and verification of customers forecast according to procedure in place (S&OP);
  • Tracking of any adverse event or complaint notified by the patient/customer
  • Support the supplier assurance in order to have the approved distributor list for all pharmaceutical products

The Candidate

  • Previous experience 2-3 years in Customer Service Activities
  • APICS certification ( at least 1st Level basic )
  • Degree in economics/humanities/engineering
  • Excellent English knowledge
  • Good knowledge of a second language (German, French, etc…)
  • Advanced computer skills, fluent with Excel and Word
  • Experience in a dynamic and multinational context
