Ensure the perfect function of all local IT systems following the Continental’s standards.
Analyze, execute and implement new systems according to the user’s necessity and Continental’s standard
Deliver support to the local users in a second and third level regarding their IT equipment, devices and some local software.
Install, configure and manage computers (Printers, laptops, desktops, mobile phones, etc.)
Basic configuration of Network components like; switches, access points, ipPhones, routers, call manager, etc.)
Basic configuration of virtual servers using vMware and NetApp with Linux and Windows OS
– Bachelor in Systems Engineering or related
– English advanced
– Customer service oriented
– Willing to Travel occasionally
