Glooko is now looking for a full-time German-speaking Customer Support representative to join their international Support Team in Gothenburg.
You will be working in a team of eight members towards various international customer markets, such as the Nordics, France and Germany.
Main responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming phone calls and e-mails from patients, healthcare providers and retailers
- Registration and administration of customer requests as well as follow-up work
- Handling customer complaints
- Support the international Sales Team (e.g. inform customers about promotions and special offers)

Furthermore, you are a team player who enjoys working at a high pace towards setting goals. You need to have an analytical and pedagogical oriented approach to provide great customer service. You enjoy working in a dynamic and multilingual environment and have a technical interest.
We believe you have some form of higher education and a few years of experience with Customer Support – preferably with technical products.
A requirement for this role, is that you communicate fluently in German, Swedish and English.
