Responsibilities – Essential Duties:
– Revenue Growth
– Issue Resolution
– Customer Retention
– Live Chat (Existing Customers)
– Phones (Existing Customers)
– Tickets (All Sales)
– E-mail (Sales Inbox – Existing Customers)
– Salesforce Activities (Existing Customers)
– Order Verification (Existing Customers)

– Fluent English & Arabic Speaker.
– 1-2 years technical sales experience preferred
– Customer service and technical experience preferred
– Ability to multi-task in a high stress sales environment
– Goal-oriented and sense of urgency to meet deadlines
– Ability to effectively and persuasively communicate both written and orally
– Excellent interpersonal skills
– Self-motivation and discipline
– Professional and positive attitude
– Teamwork skills
– Ability to attend work and be productive during normal business hours as well as work early, late or weekend hours as needed for successful job performance
