Main Activities and Responsibilities:

  • To effectively support clients via chat, email or phone and leave them with a positive customer experience of easyMarkets
  • To actively assist clients in verifying their trading accounts and support in document collection
  • To act as a direct point of contact and liaise between account managers and clients
  • To answer queries and trading issues and provide the most effective solutions in an efficient manner
  • To provide a professional whilst personalised and genuine experience of easyMarkets

Requirements:

  • Fluent (written and verbal) English as well as either Arabic, German or French
  • Excellent computer skills – Microsoft Office and Word
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Very good organizational and administration skills
  • Positive, patient and conscientious disposition
  • Previous experience in customer support or the financial sector will be considered advantageous
  • Sales techniques training will be considered advantageous
