Our CUSTOMER CARE TEAM is responsible for managing customer queries arising after car rental both on phone and in writing for 15 countries in the customer’s native language. In Italy a number of rental stations rely on the Budapest Business Service Center to ensure an outstanding customer experience at the end of the rental process to clarify any open questions a customer may still have or guide them through some processes that are follow ups of incidents they may have come across during their rental.
In COMMERCIAL SUPPORT the various teams support our rental operations from different perspective. Our Database & Sales Support Teams re responsible for keeping the rental prices up-to-date, managing customers’ and rental locations’ data, enabling sales activities. Traffic Offence teams are dealing with settlement of traffic offences, while Operations Support is mainly in charge of handling overdue rentals. Our Receivables department manages customer invoices, through billing, cash application, pre-audit and collection activities.
