What you will do

  • Provide high-quality support on operational and functional issues
  • Manage the inflow of customer requests via email, phone and chat
  • Provide timely solutions to customers’ issues while providing outstanding customer service
  • Gather product feedback and customers’ insights in order to constantly improve the customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on product development and latest releases
