Help Desk Operator in Prague (Czech Republic)

Where: Prague (Czech Republic)

Extent of Work: Full Time

Responsibilities:
• Alert Management via Netcool Omnibus Console
• Validating severity/priority classification of the problem
• Incident Ticket Management – routing tickets to appropriate support groups
• Escalation initiating and tracking
• Perform basic problem determination on system and components
• Restart failing components as part of 1st level administration (OS, hardware & applications)
• Perform system recycles per predefined schedule
• Performing production checks as required
• Provide operational status as required

Requirements:
• Ability to work in 3 shift model
• Advanced PC Skill with basic administration skills
• Good Communication skills, flexibility
• Responsibility and teamwork
• Ability and willingness to learn
• English – Intermediate
• German – Intermediate

Preferred skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT field
• Basic of Windows, UNIX / Linux OS Administration including command line commands
• English – Fluent
• German – Fluent
