A typical daymight look like:

Partnering with senior Gartner team members toidentify your C-level client s key initiatives and providing solutions toensure your clients receive value

Proactively driving monthly client engagement toensure your clients receive value for their Gartner service

Partnering with senior Gartner team members toconduct quarterly review calls with your client base

Delivering on-site client support at the annualGartner Symposium event and other Gartner events when necessary

Proactively sending relevant research andinformation to your clients based on their key technology related businessinitiatives and challenges

Supporting the on-boarding of new clients andrenewal of existing clients

Ensuring client satisfaction, retention,operational efficiency and quality

 

You re great at:

Working towards and achieving targets

Building relationships over the phone withsenior level individuals

Using your previous experience to deliverexceptional client service

Collaborating with others to overcome challenges whilst working in afast paced dynamic environment

Organising your time and planning

Clear and concise communication

You may have:

A Bachelor s Degree

Previous experience working in the technologyindustry

Fluency in English and Arabic
