Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • You take care of complaints from our Italian speaking customers using all forms of communications, e.g. telephone, e-mails, letter, web/live chat & social media platforms
  • You advise our customers in all matters regarding their car or booking
  • You maintain customer data and take over billing address corrections
  • You work closely with the other departments of the company to provide the best service to our customers and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • You start with a paid familiarization phase of 3 weeks

Your Qualities

  • You are fluent in Italian (written & spoken) and have an understandable and clear way to speak and express yourself
  • You enjoy customer contact and know how to deal with challenging customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • You work independently, solution-oriented and service-oriented
  • You like to work in international teams and appreciate the exchange with colleagues
  • You have first experience in dealing with MS Office programs (Outlook, Word or Excel)
