  • Building and maintaining good relationships with customers through phone and e-mail contact
  • Providing updates on delivery of products, solving logistics issues
  • Processing customer orders in SAP
  • Cooperation and coordination of operational activities with other departments of the company in terms of customer orders



  • Good English skills and good Italian
  • Readiness to work full time (40 h/week)
  • Experience (including internships) in customer service or administrative jobs will be an advantage
  • Attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
