For our Customer Service – incoming calls, emails  – join us if you are,
. Fluent in Italian and English spoken and written  (mandatory)
. Available to work 8 hours/day in fixed shifts (Monday to Sunday from 8 a.m to 8.pm)
. Strong in communication and interpersonal skills
.  Experience in a similar role within travel industry will be a plus
. Experience using MS Office products, Outlook, Excel a plus
. Able to pick up new technology quickly
