Your Task

  • As a customer service agent you will be the first contact for customers of a well-known fashion brand
  • Your main task is to answer incoming enquiries via phone, e-mail and in the future via social media
  • Your duties include checking shipments and accepting complaints, as well as recording the results in the customer database
  • As a customer service agent it is your aim to find a suitable solution that fits to your customer’s needs

Your Profile

  • Ideally, you have experience in the area of customer service – if not do not worry, you will be trained accordingly
  • Flexible working hours (no night shifts) are a welcome change for you and your personality is best described as tolerant and friendly
  • Since you will be mainly speaking with Danish customers, fluency in Danish is obligatory
  • You are empathatic and strive to give the best customer experience possible
