We’re looking for intelligent, friendly and passionate people to join our fast-growing project as Technical Advisor.
You will be responsible for customer-friendly telephone technical support (business-2-consumer) regarding modern technologies. Moreover, You are the first point of contact and it is really important to exceed customer’s expectations during each call.
- Knowledge of Russian/Hungarian/Czech (native speaker) and English ( B2 level)
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented, stress-resistance
- Willingness to learn
- Open minded and flexible personality
