You offer first line support for e-commerce products
You advise customers with all purchase processes
You are happy to find solutions for customer concerns
All customer issues will be added to the system and necessary changes of customer data will be updated by you
You support in updating social media and FAQ’s


The customer needs are your top priority and you can be a proficient and friendly advisor with your good communication skills
Your language skills in Finnish and English are excellent, any further language skills are a plus
As a Customer Service Agent you have good computer skills and are interested in learning to work
You enjoy working in an international environment and are able to work in a team as well as working on your own
You have an interest in sports, particullary water sports
You have basic knowledge of social media
