Main Tasks:

  • Lead R2R and P2P Language Resource team 
  • Achieve Individual SLA targets (TAT, accuracy) set as well the account level collective targets set for the team (quality score, resolution rate) 
  • Drive continuous process improvements by initiating and delivering process improvement projects 
  • Ensure compliance of all process requirements is not less than 100% 
  • Review of Journals – Accruals, Prepaid
  • Review of Monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations/ Bank Reconciliations
  • Fixed Asset Capitalization, Retirement, Disposal & Depreciation run
  • Review Intercompany Accounting/reconciliations
  • Managing Procurement Operations
  • Leading calls with Site Finance
  • Support standard & adhoc reports as required by management


Requirements:

  • Professional Experience: 8 -10 Years’ experience in F&A process
  • Domain Skills: R2R and P2P process knowledge
  • Technical Skills: 
    • Reconciliation 
    • Journal Entries 
    • Month Close 
    • Intercompany 
    • Fixed Asset
    • Procurement Operations
  • Language Skills: Italian – C1
  • Soft Skills: Good People Management and Communication skills
  • Education: Accounting Graduate / MBA or similar
