As a startup in an industry that is currently struggling to modernize and with services that experience increasing demand, we aim to grow our team with the sharpest talent we can find. Currently, we are on the lookout for a Senior Customer Care Agent (m/f) to start right away within our Swedish team

These will be your tasks:

  • Delivering a world-class, end-to-end customer experience
  • Assisting customers with any questions regarding Movinga and it’s services before, during and after the move.
  • Proactively dealing with any issues and resolve customer requests from multiple channels
  • Ensuring a smooth order process for customers, from start to finish
  • Working closely with the Teamlead Customer Care
  • Control certain aspects of the day-to-day business in the Swedish Customer Care team, e.g. making sure urgent customer requests and customer inbounds are dealt with the right priority
  • Handling difficult issues / Advising the other Customer Care agents how to handle difficult issues.
  • Collaborate with all departments
  • Maintaining a high level of drive, enthusiasm and professionalism throughout the day
  • Exceeding expectations and targets and actively seek out new opportunities for growth

You’re offering these qualifications:

  • You are an empathic personality with excellent communication and listening skills and a pleasant telephone manner
  • You already gained experience in a Call Center or Customer Support or similar, ideally you have already gained experience in a senior role.
  • You have a passion for delivering experience and a strong customer service mind
  • Your way of working is characterized by a high degree of reliability and organizational skills
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced, target-driven and team-oriented environment
  • You can deal in a friendly manner both with coworkers and clients
  • Your entrepreneurial spirit as well as your pro-active and hands-on attitude makes you the perfect fit for this position
  • You possess strong web and computer skills: MS Office, Salesforce.com desirable
  • In addition to being business fluent in Swedish, you possess excellent English skills (both spoken and written)
