As an Executive Specialist your role will be:

  • answering queries and solving problems across the breadth of the customer journey on behalf of our Senior Leadership
  • managing the relationship with not only customers, but key stakeholders across the organisation
  • administrating incoming issues and their progress
  • recognising and communicating root causes to the respective areas of the business, with this contributing to the continuous improvement of the business
  • handling tasks connected to social media
  • driving the development of our people and processes by providing support to colleagues, holding case studies, etc.

 

Requirements:

  • Native English knowledge
  • Previous experience in handling escalations, social media complaints
  • Strong customer service skills, preferably in a customer facing, front line environment (experience in Shared Service environment is an advantage)
  • Excellent communication skills written and oral
  • Outstanding customer orientation and problem solving skills
  • Collaborative approach, team spirit
  • Ability to  prioritise, administrate tasks and take initiative in a fast paced environment
  • Logical and proactive thinking
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel with confidence
