WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will be responsible for the entire HR area for your local market which means that we are looking for you with a great understanding of local labor law and HR administration just to name a few qualifications. This will be your chance to take a new step in your career and we want you to come in and take ownership of your area. This role requires taking initiative, working independently as well as being a strong team player. You will get to be a part of a newly established team in Italy and report to the General Manager as well as work closely to the European HQ in Stockholm.

WHO YOU ARE
You know how things work in a global company and likes a fast-moving environment. We also see that you must have:

  • Minimum 3 years’ work experience from a broad HR role
  • Great communication skills, both written and spoken English
  • Good knowledge of local labor law and the on-boarding process
  • Previous experience from work health and safety is required
  • Previous experience from HR-administration
  • A curiosity about people and what makes them tick
  • Know how to have fun

And we’d love if you recognize yourself in these:

  • Experience from retail and/or fast-moving growth companies
  • Passion for digitalization
  • A big interest in the next generation HR
