Gameloft Sofia is hiring motivated Customer Care Agents with Arabic to join our growing team.
As a part of Customer Care Team you will be responsible for delivering quality customer support.
You will answer customer complaints from all around the globe. You will handle e-mails and phone calls of customers and store each case in a dedicated tool and will keep track of each case until it is solved. You must maintain a high level of soft skills and phone/e-mail etiquette.
- Give Support to the customers: Identify and solve customer problems using dedicated web tools
- Handle and manage web tools specially made for customer support.
- eep a record of each case in another dedicated web tool.
- Escalate higher problems and send them to the appropriate team when needed.
- Notify Leads when a recurrent problem appears, to prevent further cases
- Be able to identify problems and create new templates for recurrent ones.
- Be informed on promotions and information on respective countries.
- Fluent level English and Arabic
- Microsoft Office skills
- Aptitude for communication and team work
- Ability to multi task and to make quick decisions and good follow up skills
- Strong customer service focus with ability to handle customers with a calm professional manner
