Job Description

Gameloft Sofia is hiring motivated Customer Care Agents with Arabic to join our growing team.

Job Summary

As a part of Customer Care Team you will be responsible for delivering quality customer support.
You will answer customer complaints from all around the globe. You will handle e-mails and phone calls of customers and store each case in a dedicated tool and will keep track of each case until it is solved. You must maintain a high level of soft skills and phone/e-mail etiquette.

Key responsibilities

  • Give Support to the customers: Identify and solve customer problems using dedicated web tools
  • Handle and manage web tools specially made for customer support.
  • eep a record of each case in another dedicated web tool.
  • Escalate higher problems and send them to the appropriate team when needed.
  • Notify Leads when a recurrent problem appears, to prevent further cases
  • Be able to identify problems and create new templates for recurrent ones.
  • Be informed on promotions and information on respective countries.


Job Requirements

  • Fluent level English and Arabic
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Aptitude for communication and team work
  • Ability to multi task and to make quick decisions and good follow up skills
  • Strong customer service focus with ability to handle customers with a calm professional manner
