As a Customer Service Representative you are an important point of contact for our customers and responsible for delivery of the highest levels of service in all interactions across all channels of communication. You see opportunities rather than challenges and can turn every contact with the company into a positive experience. You recognize and initiate sales opportunities (through up and cross selling) and support the field sales team. We expect you to contribute actively to further optimize work processes and to the overall level of service provided by the team.


Job requirements:

• Bachelor/ HBO degree

• Excellent written and verbal  English language proficiency (native)

• 3 to 5 years of customer service or sales experience

• A desire to exceed customer expectations and passionate about making a positive contribution

• An outgoing and positive attitude with the ability to positively influence

• An exceptional service track record with proven levels of focus within this arena

• A self-motivator with excellent organizational skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
