Our client is looking for Swedish, Danish and Norwegian speakers to work within the customer service department to represent a global e-commerce brand.
The main responsibilities will be handling inbound phone calls from customers in regards to their company’s products range. Build product knowledge using extensive resources available. Have an understanding of the nature of the query and resolve the issues in a professional and timely manner. Handle queries via emails and web chats.
We are looking for individuals to be fluent in either Swedish, Danish or Norwegian (spoken, written and reading level). Have excellent communication skills in English and experiences working in a customer service environment.
