Key Role Responsibilities

 

  • Map current process, identify gaps vs defined model, define recovery action plan and assure successful execution;
  • Run weekly report for all KPI’s;
  • Share results with Sales and Marketing Managers;
  • Define recovery plan and roadmap;
  • Track action plan execution;
  • Perform data analysis;
  • Execute and coordinate Training sessions;
  • Execute field visits with Sales Rep, Key Account, etc.;
  • Coaching approach;
  • Run periodic sales reviews with HQ.

Required Technical and Personal Skills

 

  • Fluent in English, Japanese, Italian
  • Structured Sales Process knowledge (Spin Selling, Solution Selling, etc.)
  • Project Management Techniques (Gantt, Excel)
  • Visual Planning Tools
  • Effective Presentation skills
  • International mindset
  • Ability to work in a complex environment
  • Very good communication skills
  • Result oriented
