Principal Accountabilities:

  1. Work with Sales in providing customer offer including completion of contract setup and conduct maintenance checks.
  2. Execute pricing process
  3. Works with multiple partners in resolving customer issues and complaints.
  4. Creates and amend Data
  5. Tracks accuracy of Data Management

 

  • Must be fluent in French and English, verbal and written
  • Must possess at least Bachelor’s /College Degree in any field
  • Experience in Microsoft Office;
  • Possess a strong Customer service ethic and ability to understand, meet Customer’s needs, while staying within the policies and procedures
  • Demonstrated communication and relationship building skills
  • Demonstrate a willingness to be coached, showing an openness to feedback and performance improvement opportunities
