Full requirements would include:

* Call handling and directing
* First line support and diagnostics
* Basic software support experience
* Basic Linux experience
* ITIL experience
* Fluent in Arabic

The relevant candidate will be responsible for initial client contact and dealing with IT issues up to the point of resolutions. If they are unable to resolve issues there is a structured chain of support for escalation should it be required.
