The responsibilities:

  • To ensure customers queries are answered with the aim of a first time resolution
  • To ensure that queries are responded within 6 hour response time
  • To ensure the best Customer/Technical Care experience is given to all customers
  • To highlight trends in any customer queries
  • Needs to be passionate about people and making people happy
  • Can thrive in an environment that is progressive
  • Confident in making decisions
  •  Takes a professional and committed approach to work
  • Gets involved and contributes with feedback and ideas to continuously improve things

Requirements:

  • Native Hungarian with fluency in English
  • Customer care experience would be advantageous
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Detailed oriented
  • Knowledge of working with computers and MS Office products
  • Open minded and flexible personality
  •  Willingness to learn.
