Your Expected Outcomes:

    • Ensuring high conversion rate from leads to payments
    • Providing customers with unique user experience strongly focused on their needs;
    • Conducting indeep phone interviews with our clients to identify their needs and requirements as well as constantly sharing insights with the team;
    • Reaching our sales targets and marketing plans;
    • Pioneering ideas in our constantly changing working approach with customers
    • Usage of Pipedrive CRM; working in G-Drive and Excel for gathering and analysing data;

Your Competency Profile:

    • Fluent English is a must (multinational team);
    • Ability to get valuable information from the most introverted people;
    • Previous working experience in support/marketing research/sales will be highly appreciated;
    • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, SPSS statistics is a plus;
    • Desire to work with flexible schedule to cover different time zones;
    • Fluency in Polish, French, Italian, Arab, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Indonesian or German is a big plus;
    • Ability to pull out mind-blowing creative ideas;
    • Being an excellent team player that takes care of people;
    • Ability to keep calm in a stressful situation;
