What are you going to do:

  • Assist the clients with their daily IT issues (hardware and software related) using the relevant tools and systems
  • Handling inbound calls and emails on a professional manner
  • Ensure Quality standard are adhered to in regards to both Cases and Calls
  • Accomplish other duties as required

Essential Competencies:

  • Experience in communication with customers
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Italian and English (oral & written)
  • Good knowledge in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Local Area Networking and Remote Access Tools
