We are currently looking for Russian/Arabic/Mandarin speaking Customer Service Advisors to work for a worldwide luxury brand based in fantastic offices in Didsbury, and are looking for individuals with great attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

The role as a Customer Service Advisor – Arabic Speaker

  • As a bilingual customer service advisor you will deal with individual customer’s accounts, inbound telephone enquiries and requests in an effective manner
  • You will interact with customers through a range of channels (telephone, letter, email and other internet channels) and will act as the face of our brand
  • Bilingual – English and Arabic

Hours of work for the customer service advisor:

Flexible between Monday to Sunday and the hours of 8am and 6pm on a Shift Pattern (rarely work weekends, majority is Monday to Friday)

The ideal customer service advisor will have:

  • Bilingual – English and Arabic
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task whilst working within a quality driven environment
  • Evidence of a proactive “can do” approach
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills
  • Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
  • A passion for the Automotive world is highly desired
