– You as a Spanish speaking call center agent answer the phone for customers who have technical problems with their software package

– Assistance for customers with the software configuration has the highest priority

– Customers´ questions, requirements or complaints are dealt with at once

– All information you received from the customer will be inserted into the administration system

Your Profile

– Your command of the Spanish language is on a native-speaker level

– A valid work permit is needed

– Your communication skills are very good

– Quick problem-solver abilities are needed
