  • Analysing and responding to customer queries via phone and e-mail
  • Administration of customer data
Your profile

  • Your mother tongue is either English, French or Italien and you are proficient in one more of the stated languages (B2 Level and higher)
  • You have a pleasant telephone voice as well as good pronunciation skills
  • You are customer oriented and flexible to work in shifts (24/7)
  • You enjoy working in an international and multilingual emvironment
  • You have good computer skills (office software, e-mail, Internet)
