In this position, you will:

  • Provide technical support for clients (in English)
  • Resolve various issues and troubleshoot technical problems
  • Cooperation with technical departments on advanced issues
  • Providing customer training
  • Providing detailed information regarding products and services in a professional manner
  • No sales activities are required, and no weekend work

Requirements

  • Fluency in English languge is a must (with a minimum requirement of B2)
  • A good level of technical knowledge (which will be supplemented through company training)
